Welcoming Our First Interior Designer: Heather Dice, NCIDQ

We are excited to announce a major milestone for HDG Architects – the addition of our first certified Interior Designer, Heather Dice, NCIDQ.  Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from La Roche University and brings over nine years of experience in commercial design.  Heather’s expertise will elevate the firm’s ability to deliver more thoughtful, more innovative and more appealing interior designs while expanding our services to better support our clients’ needs.

Prior to joining HDG, Heather developed expertise across multiple project types, including corporate, religious, education, multifamily, healthcare, and hospitality. Her favorite project to date – and her very first – is Federal Galley, located in Nova Place, where she played an instrumental role in designing the interior spaces. The design incorporates vibrant orange accents throughout and features a unique rotating kitchen concept, creating opportunities for Pittsburgh start-ups and an engaging experience for visitors.

Outside of design, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, baking a variety of treats, and hosting weekly game nights with friends.

We look forward to the creativity, insight, and leadership she brings to our growing firm. Welcome to the HDG team, Heather!
