HDG provided architectural services for design of an expansion to the existing country club pool area. The proposed expansion includes a 5,000 SF building addition with restaurant, kitchen, restrooms, indoor/outdoor bar, splash park, lawn extension, outdoor seating, and pergola. HDG also completed a master plan to develop the site with paddle courts, retaining walls, parking, and sidewalks. To date, HDG has provided a feasibility study, master plan and conceptual designs. HDG also assisted the country club in helping to visualize the conceptual design for this project through development of architectural rendering “flythrough” video to assist with fundraising for the project. https://youtu.be/TedNhcPaPf8
