Mylec Sports Plex

HDG provided design services for a new Sports Plex located on Tanger Outlet’s property in North Fayette Township (Washington County), PA for the client Golden Gator Ventures. The project scope included a two-story building housing four deck hockey rinks, locker rooms, concession stands, restrooms, a pro shop, offices, and a restaurant. To help the client envision the overall project intent, HDG created a conceptual site plan, floor plan, 3D exterior images and 3D interior images. The Owner then utilized this information to aid in marketing the project to investors to gather interest and move the project forward.
