Kristy has been an integral part of the firm’s team for the past 15 years, contributing her experience and collaborative approach to projects throughout the region. Her career has included a diverse range of work, with experience spanning K-12, municipal, and religious projects. Through this work, she has developed a thoughtful understanding of the unique priorities that shape each project and the people who ultimately use those spaces.
Throughout her time at HDG, Kristy has built lasting relationships with clients and become a trusted presence within the firm. Her grounded, in-depth approach to understanding what each client needs from their project has been invaluable to the teams she works with. She brings those needs into the design process, working closely with project teams to develop thoughtful solutions that balance creativity with practicality while keeping the purpose of a space at the center of the work. Her commitment to quality has helped set the standard across the firm’s K-12, municipal, and religious projects.
