At the end of August, our team joined the Western Butler County Authority (WBCA) for a project tour of their new administrative building, marking an exciting milestone as the project enters its final stages of construction. The tour offered our team a firsthand look at how months of collaboration, planning, and design have come together to create a modern, functional space that will serve WBCA and the community for years to come.
Throughout the project, the design and consultant team has worked closely with WBCA to ensure the new facility not only meets operational needs but also reflects a forward-thinking approach to efficiency and sustainability. From early planning through construction, every detail has been guided by a commitment to creating a cohesive, lasting solution.
During the walkthrough, the team was able to see the nearly completed spaces in action: from efficient layouts that streamline daily operations to design details that bring WBCA’s vision to life. A recent installation of solar panels and a living green roof allowed us to see the impact this building can have on its surrounding environment. With final touches underway, anticipation is building for the official opening and the positive impact this new facility will have on staff and the community.
We’re proud to celebrate the dedication and creativity of the project team as the WBCA administrative building nears completion, and we look forward to sharing more at the ribbon cutting in the coming weeks!
