There isn’t a better day to introduce our summer intern, Andrew Nairn, than on his 21st birthday! Andrew will be entering into his fourth year of Architecture at The Pennsylvania State University in the fall. He started with HDG Architects in May of 2023 and jumped right in to assist with his design knowledge and fresh perspective on our active projects.
From the fourth grade, when Andrew created a vision board for his future for a school project, he knew he wanted to be an architect. While at the time he thought that it sounded like a cool job, he grew to understand and appreciate more of what it meant to become an architect and the amount of work it would take to get there. Andrew has an appreciation for various styles of architecture, but Southern and Spanish styles speak to him the most.
We are happy to have him on board and are excited to help him reach his potential. Welcome and Happy Birthday, Andrew!
